CULTURAL AFTERNOON
This takes place at the esplanade of the Governor’s Services of the Center region.
It is chaired here by representatives of the Governor of the Center region and officials from the Ministry of Youth and Civic Education.
This activity was opened in the presence of the Inspector of Services, Personal Representative of Governor Naseri Paul Béa.
In response, Mrs. EWOKE Épse LYONGA explained that the issue of good citizenship is everyone’s concern.
As a result, this program will concern all the different layers of the Cameroonian population, even in schools.
Installation of the Governor of the Center Region, the Prefect of the Department of Nyong and So’o, the Sub-Prefect of the District of Mbalmayo and the DRJEC-CENTRE.
It is therefore following these civic and patriotic remarks that the Governor of the Center Region NASERI PAUL BEA therefore declared the activities of the 50th edition of the National Day in the Center Region launched.

Recall that before his departure from the services of the Governor of the Center, the Minister of Youth and Civic Education, Mounouna Foutsou proceeded well and beautifully to visit the exhibition stands of young Cameroonians.
He touched the creativity of young people and experienced their sense of initiative.

In his speech, the Government mentioned the fact that the 50th edition of the National Day on May 20, 2022, will take place in a context marked by:
the persistence of the health crisis linked to the COVID-19 pandemic, which still obliges States to remain vigilant in relation to its evolution;
the security crisis and other social unrest in certain regions of the country and the gradual implementation of the resolutions of the Major National Dialogue, in particular the acceleration of the implementation of decentralization;
the resurgence of uncivil acts observed in society in general and in educational structures in particular;
the recent successful organization of CAN TOTALENERGIES 2021 and the qualification of the Indomitable Lions for the next Qatar 2022 football world cup.
Thus, before closing his remarks, the Governor invited us to reawaken our civic and patriotic conscience, to remain more united around the noble values dear to our country, which are the promotion of harmonious living together, the fight against identity withdrawal, and to say no to manipulation and hate speech.

PRONEC-REAMORCE SESSION FOR HEADS OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ADMINISTRATIONS
Indeed, today, Mr. Minister of Youth and Civic Education, Mounouna Foutsou is chairing the Civic and Entrepreneurial Moral Rearmament session with the various officials of public and private partner administrations.
Opening word of MINJEC
In his word, Minister Mounouna Foutsou expounds on the concept of the Civic Education and Civic and Entrepreneurial Moral Rearmament Project (PRONEC-REAMORCE).
Being in its implementation phase, it is a question of making these various officials understand the merits of this project with regard to the current socio-economic context, in particular concerning young people. He also wanted to be reassuring, by explaining the objectives and the relevance of the said project.
For this MINPROFF official, the PRONEC-REAMORCE program is a good initiative in view of the abuses observed in young people.
In this regard, he wanted to know if the program will also affect the school environment, which remains marked by deviations and derivatives of all kinds.
