Just a few hours away from the end
Tomorrow, 20 May 2024, we celebrate the 52nd edition of Unity Day in Cameroon with the grand civil-military parade on Boulevard du 20 Mai as the climax. But before that, join us in carrying the flame of Cameroonian unity during a civic and patriotic march: the torchlight retreat.
The flames will start in the 7 arrondissements of Yaoundé and converge at the Rond Point Central.
For the 4th Arrondissement of the city, we will start at the new site of the Sub-Prefecture in the Nkomo district, opposite the Abéga Stadium.
Waiting to leave here, the youngsters are showing their unwavering motivation.

The DAJEC Yaounde4 deployed here is led by MINGANA Rachelle, head of the structure.

Serene, but joyful and proud, the marchers hold the torch, a symbol of patriotism that is burning brightly, even brighter, in this Unity Week and on the eve of 20 May 2024.
We are now at a place called “Trois statues”, a break on Yaoundé 3.
